Job Description


HR Leader/ Employee Advocate

Clean Air Engineering (CleanAir) is a global provider of services and products used to determine the environmental and thermal performance of a multitude of industries. We are currently seeking someone to fill the position of HR Professional to lead, design and implement learning and development programs, internal talent advocacy, and employee performance management metrics. He/she will help to align human capital needs required to help exceed strategic business goals.




  • Work with leadership to design and implement a workforce and succession planning system to develop high potential

employees, assess future talent and leadership needs and build bench strength aligned with both the current operational

and strategic growth needs

  • Work with HR committee to develop and implement employment policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Research wellness and develop advocacy programs for employees

  • Stay abreast of employment and benefit laws and regulations

  • Develop and implement performance metrics and assessment

  • Facilitate, implement and evaluate training programs, including online training

  • Plan, implement and evaluate programs to develop leaders

  • Research and implement best practices regarding records organization and retention of employee-related documents

  • Collaborate with the employee hiring and separation process including monitoring for quality and improvement

  • Develop and implement employee on-boarding practices that increase employee engagement and accelerate learning

  • Periodically travel to other CleanAir offices 


Skills and Qualifications:


  • 5+ years HR experience in a small to mid-sized organization (S corp a plus)

  • Experience in implementing learning, development and talent acquisition programs to align with strategic initiatives 

  • Collaboration, team building and change management

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Past experience as an HR professional

  • Accounting experience a plus

  • Detail oriented 




Bachelor's degree required, an emphasis in Training and Development or Human Resources preferred.
