Service Contract Administration
Looking for a self-driven sales professional that works well independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating service contract sales and obtaining revenue growth objectives. Candidate will work from an existing customer list and make sales calls exclusively via phone with follow up email and fax in some instances.
• Generate renewal notices for existing contract customers that are due to expire as well as first year manufacturer warranty customers due to expire.
• Follow up calls begin 90 days in advance of expiration and a monthly call schedule should be maintained in order to secure the sale.
• Harvest customers whose contracts lapsed and follow up to get them back on contract.
• Seek out new opportunities to increase revenue for contracts
• General knowledge of product line
• Thorough knowledge of contracts and coverage provided
• Document sales calls in a database
• Professional phone manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• BA/BS degree
