Job Purpose:

Seasonal Tellers are required to perform all customer transactions including making deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, ATM balancing, check orders, bond sales and redemption and check imaging.  They must effectively and consistently cross sell bank products and services and refer customers to other areas of the bank, as well as, complete various administrative duties and special projects as needed while consistently following bank policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

•    Deliver world class customer service by going above and beyond for customers.

•    Responsible for providing a variety of teller transactions promptly, efficiently and accurately.

•    Adhere to all operational procedures.

•    Maintain knowledge of and ensures Federal and State banking regulation and adheres to bank policies and procedures.

•    Maintains and ensures adherence to safety and security procedures and guidelines.

•    Maintains privacy and integrity of customer information.

•    Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification Requirements:

•    High school graduate or one (1) year of college completed.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

•    Customer service or cash handling experience preferred.

•    Proficient with Microsoft Office.

•    Must be flexible and able to work at any and all branch locations as needed.

Seasonal Tellers are needed in each of our Banking Centers. A Seasonal Teller may be assigned to more than one location.
