| Job Description |
Position Overview - Located at client site in Titusville, NJ (close to Princeton, NJ). This would be a challenging position for an Account Executive that has worked for a design or ad firm.
This is a full-time position and requires the On-site Client Manager to work at Titusville, NJ). The On-site Client Manager will serve as a primary contact between client and Group360. This position reports to the Group 360 Account Manager but on a daily basis will effectively work to a client nominated manager. Because of the nature of this position, the On-site Client Manager must be a self-directed, self-motivated individual with the ability to managed existing projects, determine what work is required, seek additional work/responsibilities and look for proactive ways to improve communication, processes and workflow between client and Group360.

| Job Duties |
Essential Job Functions • Collate and coordinate comprehensive briefs for work to be produced, to decide where that work should be produced given his/her knowledge of existing commitments and the nature and complexity of the work and the turnaround times required • Circulate proofs of work and be the liasson on further edits and changes on that work • Coordinate with the production specialists on the indexing of material on MGM and archiving of the time expired items • Report the metrics of work carried out by Group360 • Maintain documentation of job progression and track projects to ensure timely completion • Obtain appropriate proof approvals from various departments at client facility • Act as a liaison for printers/publishers to understand their specifications • Track files using Alpha 5, the copies of work orders and liason with Production Specialists • Check incoming file quality and coordinate with Printers and Agencies accordingly • Provide strong organizational skills with strong sense of attention to detail and accuracy • Report on a daily basis information regarding upcoming projects, customer relations issues and general information to the Account Manager • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others and independently • Strong verbal and written skills • Self directed, self-starter who has the ability to be self- motivated, proactive and perform other duties as assigned
Basic Job Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Mac OSX experience – 2 years • PC Microsoft Office Suite experience – 3 years • Strong understanding of the graphic process from concept to print • Strong Project Management Skills
